# How to transition from Prism to Nuonic

## Overview

If you are an existing Prism user, you can use your current Prism login details to access Nuonic for the first time. You will then be prompted to set a new password for Nuonic before signing in again.

## Steps

1. Open the Nuonic login page at `https://web.nuonic.com.au/login?return-url=%2Fhome`.
2. Sign in using your existing Prism email address and password.
3. Follow the prompt to set a new password for Nuonic.
4. Sign in again using your email address and your new Nuonic password.
5. Confirm you can access your Nuonic account.

## Troubleshooting

- If you do not remember your Prism password, open `https://web.prismapp.com.au` and select `Forgot your password?`, then complete the reset steps before trying again in Nuonic.
